First distribution in Liquidation
Further to the appointment of the Joint Liquidators, Mark Smith and Jonathan Bass, of Menzies LLP, on 8 September 2026, we confirm that the first distribution to Members totalling £4,764,000.00, representing approximately £0.004320459 pounds per £0.01 Ordinary Share was declared to Members.
As noted in the Liquidation Circular, Neville Registrars Limited are engaged as Paying Agent and have been instructed, on behalf of the Joint Liquidators, to issue cheques to all Members entitled to receive a distribution.
The Joint Liquidators anticipate being able to make a further distribution to Members of the Company in respect of the Ordinary Shares. On current information, they expect to make that distribution in January 2027.
