Synairgen is a drug discovery company focused on identifying and out-licensing new pharmaceutical products for the treatment of asthma and COPD.

Synairgen’s aim is to create and add value to intellectual property in core areas.  The Company does this either on its own or by collaborating with a partner with complementary expertise and/or capabilities.

Our aim is to develop a risk-weighted, licensable, portfolio of projects in drug discovery/early validation up to and including phase II clinical trials.

Synairgen welcomes approaches from interested licencees or development partners to discuss:

• Interferon beta for asthma
• Interferon beta for COPD
• Protein for restoring epithelial barrier function in asthma
• Use of our advanced in vitro cell models of human disease or Biobank for target discovery/validation

In-licensing
Synairgen is keen to establish relationships with third parties (Pharma/Biotech companies and academic researchers) to supplement and enhance our internal capabilities. Relationships are particularly sought where Synairgen’s Biobank, human in vitro model systems and clinical capabilities will add significant value to the programme.
